CNC Heavy Duty Lathe Machine 32Tons Loading is the heavy horizontal lathe series independently developed by our company. This machine tool has the function of numerical control, but it is tested according to the accuracy of ordinary machine tools. The vertical and horizontal direction of the machine tool adopts separate transmission and is equipped with knd numerical control system.
The machine tool can be used for the processing of shaft and disk parts, and can realize the functions of cutting outer circle, inner hole, end face, cone, arc, thread, groove, cutting, etc.
The bed of the machine tool adopts the integral three guide rails or the integral four guide rails, and the guide rail surface adopts the inlaid steel structure; the spindle box adopts the through shaft structure, Short axis and two supports; the tool rest of the machine tool adopts frame structure, left and right two vertical tool plates, which can be freely retracted; the feed box of the machine tool adopts double gear clearance structure, which has strong bearing capacity and good transmission rigidity; the tailstock of the machine tool adopts upper and lower split structure, and the movement of the tailstock and the tailstock adopts automatic control mode.
