  • The AKE series CNC heavy-duty horizontal lathes are an improved series of heavy-duty horizontal lathes developed by our company based on long-term experience in producing horizontal lathes and adopting internationally advanced design methods and manufacturing technologies. The latest precision standard, a well-designed mechatronic machine tool product integrating multi-disciplinary and multi-category precision manufacturing technologies such as electrical, automatic control, hydraulic control and modern mechanical design. The structure and performance of the machine tool are suitable. The machine tool has the characteristics of high dynamic and static rigidity, long service life, high processing efficiency, safe and reliable functions, convenient operation and beautiful appearance.

  • It is suitable for high-speed steel, cemented carbide steel and other tools, for turning the outer circle, end face, grooving, cutting, and boring of ferrous, non-ferrous and some non-metal shafts, cylinders and disc parts , threads, curved surfaces and conical surfaces, etc.

  • The main drive and feed drive adopt a separate structure, the machine tool spindle is equipped with a coder, and a grating ruler is installed in the Z-axis direction, which can be fully closed-loop controlled.

  • The bed adopts the structure of separated four guide rails, and the bed of the tool holder adopts open hydrostatic guide rails.

  • The main drive is driven by the spindle servo motor, and the hydraulic two-speed speed change can realize the reasonable speed range of the spindle.

  • The spindle box is a double-wall through-shaft structure, and adopts double-row short cylindrical roller bearings with high precision and adjustable radial clearance. The optimized design adopts a larger spindle straight diameter and an optimal support span, which improves the spindle speed. Rotational accuracy and dynamic and static stiffness.

  • The tool holder adopts a vertical blade structure, which can be powerfully cut, and can be equipped with a CAPTO quick-change tool interface. It adopts a ball screw in the horizontal direction, and adopts a high-precision rack and double-gear rod in the vertical direction.

  • The tailstock is an integral box-shaped structure. The mandrel in the sleeve adopts a double row short cylindrical roller bearing with high precision and adjustable radial clearance. The top is a flanged short taper shank. The mother bar technology can be automatically clamped and released after it is in place. And is equipped with a hydraulic force measuring device for top tightening force.

  • The numerical control system adopts SIEMENS 828D system, and other numerical control systems can also be selected by the user.

  • Double tool rests, milling and boring devices, grinding devices, C-axis boxes, etc. can be provided according to user requirements.
