This series universal milling machine install one swivel milling head on universal knee-type milling machine. The flexible swivel milling head sleeve to match up direction movement, also it can be used for milling bevel, drilling, reaming or fine boring and processing inclined shallow hole.
Mounted with different face milling cutter, cylindrical milling cutter, side milling cutter, angle milling cutter and formed milling cutter, drill, boring cutter, the machine is suitable to process flat, inclined surface, slots, arbitrary angle hole, gear and miscellaneous work pieces.
Adapted with optional accessories, such as dividing head and rotary table, machine can be applicable to versatile processing.
The movement direction is changed through mechanical clutch. Inside the feed gear box, mechanical clutch instead of magnetic clutch to protect machine parts and electric components and prolong lifetime.
Complete coolant and lubrication system.
