Product Details

This machine adopts fixed beam closed frame gantry structure. The machine tool is a CNC forming grinder with five CNC coordinate axes: X axis (longitudinal movement), Z axis (transverse movement), Y axis (vertical movement), A axis (indexing head rotation), Y2 axis (vertical movement of grinding wheel dresser) .
The surface of the forming grinding wheel is used to grind the tooth profile of the corrugated roll, and the machine tool adopts the X-axis and Y-axis two-axis linkage mode for grinding at the same time, so that the machine tool has the convex and concave grinding function, which is beneficial to the convex grinding requirements on the entire length of the corrugated roll.
