LB2300 cylinder body bushing boring machines are repairing machine tools with high efficiency and high precision, which were developed in our factory.
The machine tools can be used for boring master bushing and can bushing of engine & generator’s cylinder body in automobiles, tractors and ships etc, according to processing requirement, the flywheel hub bore and bushing seat hole can be also finely bored.
In order to reduce auxiliary manhours and labour intensity and guarantee machining quality, accessories for centering, Align cutter gauge, measuring inner diameter, boring rod bracket, tool holder to increase diameter, boring tool micro-adjuster can be provided with the main machine.
Gearbox moves 450mm and the main spindle traverses 550mm. Feed distance up to 1000mm one time. So provide a high efficiency work and make the workpiece congruously.
The spindle is inverter motor (stepless speed), 4 grades feed speed widely used for work with different kinds of materials.
The maximum working length of cylinder block up to 2300mm.
