Machine Tool Main Characteristics:

  • Through feed grinding--Through-grinding processing of various cylindrical parts, ring parts and long bars.

  • Plunge feed grinding--For the cutting and grinding of cones with a cone less than 1:20 and various shaped rotating parts.


Grinding Bed:

  • The normalized heat treatment and natural aging treatment of high-quality castings are used to stabilize the internal structure, ensure strong wear resistance and small deformation during use.


Grinding and regulating device:

  • The machine tool adopts 600mm outer diameter grinding wheel, which has strong cutting force and high utilization rate of grinding wheel.

  • The thickness of the grinding wheel is wider, and the grinding allowance can be increased in one pass during the grinding, reducing the number of repeated grinding and improving the production efficiency.

  • The machine tool is a double-sided mobile layout, the bracket is fixed on the bed, the guide wheel frame is only used for adjustment movement, the position of the workpiece is unchanged, it is easy to be equipped with various feeding devices, and it is convenient for automation.

  • Both the grinding wheel and the spindle of the guide rail adopt dual-support five-piece short-bearing bush oil film bearings, which have good rigidity and can meet the needs of heavy-duty grinding and precision grinding.


Feeding device:

  • The machine tool is a double-sided mobile layout, the bracket is fixed on the bed, the guide wheel frame is only used for adjustment movement, the position of the workpiece is unchanged, it is easy to be equipped with various feeding devices, and it is convenient for automation.

  • The grinding frame adopts a plastic guide rail structure, which is sensitive to movement, can achieve a small amount of feed and has shock resistance, and the guide rail is not easy to wear.

  • The feed structure uses a Japanese servo motor to drive the French DYNABOX high-rigidity reducer, and the roller screw is driven by the coupling to achieve the feed. The minimum feed is 0.001mm.


Dressing device:

  • The reciprocating of the grinding and regulating wheel dresser adopts hydraulic transmission and stepless speed regulation.


Cooling device:

  • The operation adopts touch display frequency man-machine dialogue, with automatic cutting grinding program, and the feed amount, speed, time and step difference are adjustable.

  • The electrical system adopts the Japanese Mitsubishi system (optional Siemens)


Electric control device:

  • Regulating wheel adopts AC frequency conversion stepless speed regulation.
