Product Details


  • Taper angle with ±5°/60  Medium Wire Cut EDM, multi-cutting, 4-axis stepper motor drive.

  • The castings are made of resin sand casting, high temperature tempering and vibration aging treatment, which effectively controls the deformation of the machine tool.

  • It adopts imported compact linear guide and imported double nut precision ball screw to maintain mechanical precision for a long time.

  • Standard: Four-axis stepping; optional two-axis or four-axis hybrid stepping motor or AC servo motor.

  • With AC servo or hybrid stepping motor, it has mechanical origin, absolute coordinate, relative coordinate, four-axis backlash compensation and pitch compensation, which ensures the cutting precision, positioning accuracy and repeat positioning accuracy of the machine.

  • The intelligent high-frequency power supply adopts the principle of slow wire discharge, and has the functions of detecting and igniting, ensuring the cutting process of equal energy pulses, so that the cutting efficiency, surface roughness, molybdenum wire loss and other process indicators are at the domestic leading level.

  • In the intelligent high-frequency machining process, the servo tracking is intelligently adjusted according to the no-load rate and the short-circuit rate of the discharge.
